How do I disconnect a site from Control HQ?

Sometimes, you may need to remove a site from Dollie's Control HQ, whether because the site no longer exists or you no longer manage it. Disconnecting a site is straightforward and will remove it from your list of sites in Dollie's Control HQ. This guide explains how to perform this disconnection.


- Administrator access to your Dollie Control HQ dashboard.
- Identification of the site you wish to disconnect.

Step 1: Access the Dollie Control HQ Dashboard

Log into Dollie Dashboard: Sign into your account on Dollie.

Step 2: Navigate to the Specific Site Dashboard

Select the Site: Identify and click on the site you want to disconnect. This action will take you to that site's specific dashboard.

Step 3: Open Advanced Actions Menu

Find Advanced Actions: Look for the ‘Advanced Actions’ menu in the top right quadrant of the site dashboard.
Access the Menu: Click on ‘Advanced Actions’ to view additional options.

Step 4: Initiate the Disconnection

Choose to Disconnect: Within the Advanced Actions menu, find and select the ‘Disconnect’ option.
Confirm the Action: Click on ‘Disconnect’ and confirm your choice to initiate the removal of the site from Control HQ.


Removing a site from Dollie's Control HQ is an uncomplicated procedure. These steps allow you to easily disconnect any site you no longer manage or control. You can always re-add the site to Control HQ if your management situation changes.
