Why have the Nameserver changes for my white-label deployment domain not propagated?
In order for you to use a custom deployment domain you must have access to the DNS registrar for that domain. On the registrar website, you must specify our DNS servers as the nameservers for your domain. These changes can take 48 to 72 hours to take effect.
The optimum order is to first add your custom deployment domain, and then make your changes on the DNS registrar. In order for the propagation to succeed the deployment domain must be registered on our system.
A good way to verify if you have configured your domain at the registrar correctly is to verify it using this tool https://who.is/. The nameservers listed should all end in stratus5.com, and should look something like the following:
