How long are backups kept for?

When you connect your own storage provider

If you connect your own storage provided your backups will be sent to that location. Your backups will be kept indefinitely and it's up to you to delete backup archives from your storage bucket.

When your backups are (also) sent to our Vault

Your backups are guaranteed to be stored for 3 months. If you decide to leave the Dollie Platform you can request your backups to be deleted from our Vault immediately.
