Do you have an uptime guarantee?

We don’t currently offer an uptime guarantee for our non-Enterprise plans. We have 24/7 Emergency support for infrastructure issues and our hosting partner OVH has excellent uptime. If you are a potential enterprise customer who wants to know more about the SLA agreements we can offer please contact us.
